 TRIAL LAWYER                                                                        NICHOLAS A. KEMMY

Prior to starting his own practice, Nicholas spent three years at the Bexar County District Attorney's Office, in San Antonio, Texas, serving as a prosecutor for the State of Texas and Bexar County. As an assistant criminal district attorney, Nicholas helped make the Bexar County community safer by prosecuting repeat DWI offenders, drug traffickers, and violent criminals.

As a prosecutor, Nicholas was dedicated to becoming the best advocate he could be for the victims of crimes. During his tenure at the District Attorney's Office, Nicholas distinguished himself as a trial lawyer. He was made first-chair prosecutor of the Protective Order Division, County Court 13, County Court 2, County Court 1, and was a third-chair prosecutor in the 186th District Court. During his third year, he was promoted to "chief prosecutor" of County Court 2, County Court 5, and County Court 14, where he supervised and trained younger prosecutors in trial advocacy and managing the court's docket.

After leaving the District Attorney's Office, Nicholas went to work with a local prominent trial attorney, where he worked on countless commercial disputes and personal injury cases.

After gaining extensive experience, Nicholas felt called to open a law firm that handled a select number of cases that would allow superior representation to the firm’s clients. Nicholas has devoted his practice to achieving the best possible results for his clients.
